Spicy salads
SALAD FRESHENING WITH THE RADISH (GREAT RUSSIAN)
1 small radish, 1 average carrots, 1 apple (antonovka), 3-4 zubchika garlic, 1/4 lemons, 1/2 teaspoons of a dry dried peel.
Vegetables carefully to wash up a brush, to clear and rub on a small grater. Weight in regular intervals to mix. To add melkoissechennyj garlic and a dried peel (1/2 teaspoons dry or about 1/4 lemons fresh). Lemon juice to squeeze out in weight, again to mix, slightly to salt.
SALAD WITH THE HORSE-RADISH
1 large carrots, 1/4 roots of a horse-radish, 1 apple, 1/4 lemons (or 1 teaspoon of a dried peel), 1/2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a salt pinch.
To Prepare under the previous recipe. A dried peel to mix with granulated sugar and lemon juice, and then and with grated vegetables.
SALAD WITH WALNUTS
1 carrots average, 1 radish margelanskaja (red), 5-6 walnuts, 1/4 lemons (a dried peel and juice), 4 zubchika garlic.
Vegetables to rub on a small grater, nuts to pound in a mortar, garlic to crush, all to mix and sprinkle a little a lemon juice, to salt to taste. A dried peel from a lemon small-namelko to cut and enter into salad.
This nourishing salad is good for submitting by a breakfast.
THE CRUDE CAULIFLOWER IN SPICY PASTE
1 plugs of a young cauliflower, 100 g dense sour cream, 1 teaspoon fenugrska (powder) or majorana, 1 shepotka salts, 3-4 zubchika garlic, 1/2 teaspoons of parsley (powder), 1 teaspoon of fennel, 25 g cheese "Roquefort cheese" or 2 teaspoons of green cheese.
Spices and salt to stir in sour cream, to pound this weight with cheese before formation of homogeneous paste. Cabbage to wash out in cold water, to separate each inflorescence with a leg from a cabbage stump (thick and big to cut on 2-4 parts lengthways on an axis), to remove a thin knife the damaged places on a blossoming external part of cabbage, to scald boiled water the cabbage cleared thus and again to wash out cold water.
The Prepared branches of cabbage to take for legs, to dip in sour cream with spices and is, as salad, crude. As it is possible to use a garden radish washed out and cleared in the same way.
